In Phaedra for life our mission is to give a special meaning to volunteering, working in overseas countries and changing the lives of children who need it. We focus on offering different projects so that the volunteer works on what he likes most, and thus a great experience is generated for both the volunteer and the children who receive this help. Ties are created with the children and with the entire community that work in our help centers.

About us
We like to believe that all volunteers have very great potential and that it generates even greater impact in our help centers, especially for the children we help.
In addition to helping in what they like, they take advantage of knowing the world, learning new languages and new friendships.
We are focused on providing affordable volunteer travel experiences that are responsible, safe and of high quality. Our programs increase global awareness and cultural understanding through the skills and experience brought by volunteers to their host communities, and through the experiences and lessons that volunteers bring to their own countries and cultures.
How we work
We make a safe, quality and responsible international volunteer trip, helping children from different countries and their community.
Our programs increase intercultural awareness and understanding, knowing new cultures and languages, through different projects to help.
We provide cultural immersion experiences, achieved by living and working with local people, communities, organizations and families. Creating great ties with these communities.
Local organizations know what children really need in different help centers, and thus be able to empower them with our volunteers. The staff of these organizations are local, they have been raised in the area and they know it inside and out. They can speak the local language, know the local people and are in the best position to provide guidance, advice, supervision and support to volunteers.
Partnership with local organizations reduces the costs associated with volunteer housing, which makes the programs more affordable. This means that more people can volunteer and that allows to achieve greater social results.
